Competitive Program
Our FUN & FAST competitive program aligns with Canada’s “Long Term Development in Sport and Activity” model, with programs for beginner to advanced swimmers.
Our competitive program is rooted in building technical skill in all 4 competitive strokes. We emphasize developmentally appropriate training and competition - from the FUNdamentals introductory competition level, to Provincial Championships and beyond! We encourage multi-sport participation and provide opportunities for our swimmers to try open water swimming and triathlon events.
Entry point: swimmers who are able to swim 25m front crawl & back crawl, can swim 50m continuously, and are comfortable in deep water
