Competitive Program Withdrawal Policy

C1 – C5: If a swim family wishes to withdraw from prior to the official end of the season and has paid all their membership dues in full the following refund schedule will apply.

Prior to October 31 60% refund
November 1 – December 31 30% refund
January 1 – March 31 15% refund
After April 1 No refund

C1-C5 families on Payment Plans that wish to withdraw from the club prior to the official end of the season will be required to pay their applicable dues up to the withdrawal date closest to the time of withdrawal, based on the refund levels noted above. This may require payment of fees once the swimmer is no longer attending practices.

COMPETITIVE Program families are still required to complete Officiating requirements or will be charged as outlined in the Officiating / Volunteer Policy.

Refund Exclusions:

Swimming Canada fees are non-refundable, and will not be included in refund calculations
Account balances including swim meet fees and team gear purchases will be deducted from refund calculations
